SaaviHome was founded in Boulder, Colorado in 2004. Since inception, our passion has been producing customer delight through engineering the digital ‘smart’ home. We spend countless hours researching the latest technology breakthroughs, understanding the capabilities (and limitations) of new products, and developing programming and integration strategies to take advantage of the value that electronic products can provide. We do all this so you don’t have to.

Consultation

Let’s start your window treatment journey with a free in-home consultation where we will take the measurements for your windows in need and discuss your ultimate goal for each. Before we can make any solid recommendations for your space- we’ve gotta see what we’re working with! Once we understand your style, functionality, and aesthetic needs, we can provide recommendations based on size of your windows.

Design

During the design process, we’ll work together to narrow down your selection of fabric, style, and lifting options based on your aesthetic needs and budget. SaaviHome will provide you with a detailed proposal outlining the full cost of the project, including: labor, installation, programming, and support.

Installation

Our professional install team will arrive timely for the installation of your window treatments, and ensure each shade is programmed to your liking. Our experts will educate you on controlling your shades and will assist with setting automated scenes for your window treatments so that whether you are home or away, you can count on your home being protected from the sun.

Service & Maintenance

Following the installation of your new window treatments, SaaviHome will provide 90 days of free servicing and support while you get comfortable using your new shades. We are your partner and available to help maintain your shades throughout their lifetime.

Gavin Lantzy

Gavin Lantzy of SaaviHome is a Colorado native with 15+ years of construction and home technology experience. He has worked with countless industry professionals in designing and implementing seamless technology solutions for both residential and smaller commercial spaces. He is also a certified CEDIA instructor, offering educational credits to industry professionals.

Gavin’s late father, Tyler Lantzy, founded SaaviHome in 2004 with a passion for bringing theaters into the homes of friends, family, and neighbors. Gavin took over as CEO of SaaviHome in 2011, after selling his successful painting company founded while in college, College Works Painting. With Gavin at the helm, SaaviHome’s menu of home technology solutions expanded to meet the growing technology needs of homeowners. From basic low voltage prewiring to intricate home automation systems, Gavin has led SaaviHome to the forefront of home technology design and innovation throughout the state of Colorado.

Dusty Hutton

Dusty Hutton is SaaviHome’s lead technician and engineer, and has been with the company since 2006. He is a veteran of the home technology industry with 20+ years of experience. Dusty began his career in technology working with automobile audio systems. He is well versed in all facets of the construction and home building process- he could build a house from scratch with his bare hands! This knowledge, combined with numerous industry certifications and trainings, has solidified his place in the industry as a trusted expert.

Erin Thomas

A shade project with SaaviHome means Erin Thomas is about to be your new best friend. A Miami, FL native, Erin has been in Colorado since 2016 and SaaviHome’s in-house window treatment expert since 2020. Her experience in small business development and attention to fine detail has allowed the SaaviHome Shades program develop into a premium solution for homeowners and commercial spaces across the state. When she’s not out measuring windows and chatting home technology, you can catch Erin enjoying a good cheeseburger, traveling, or at a Red Rocks show!
